About the designer

Helen Puxley

PogoJewellery’s founder, prize-winning designer Helen Puxley, invites you to browse through her current collections. Time-honoured traditions of silversmithing, in the form of locket making learnt through apprenticeship, and new computer aided technologies, combine to form bold contemporary statements of utmost quality and style.

It is not just Helen’s jewellery catching peoples’ eye. Her winning design for a ‘Utilitarian piece of silverware’ was a sterling silver figurative toastrack which when viewed on end, portrays a bustling street scene of shoppers against a backdrop of the Quarter’s historical and striking landmarks: The Chamberlain Clock, Catacombs and Rose Tavern. This toastrack can be viewed on appointment at Fellows and Sons Auctioneers, Birmingham.

Helen studied at the renowned Birmingham School of Jewellery before being accepted onto Design Space in 2007, a Birmingham City Council initiative encouraging young graduate designers to set up within the Quarter.

Helen can be contacted on Tel 07910351361 for any Pogo Jewellery related queries.
